Using Brands.live is very easy. Watch the video given below to know about the functioning of our app.

You can get My Business category on the home page, You can get your business related marketing images from this category.

You can create a custom image of your loved ones’ birthday with their photo and name.

Go to Custom {">>"} Search "Birthday" {">>"} Click on Birthday Template

Change the photo and name and share the special birthday poster.

To get default frame Go to Account >> Edit your brand frame. Upload your business logo(png format will be best), Business Name & click Next. Now add other details related to your business which you want to display on your frame and click next. Now you will get some options, you can add up to 5 frames in your account

Go to Account >> Preferred Languages, here you can select upto 5 languages in which you want images.

To add new business Click on Account >> My Business. Here you will get + icon to add another business. Note: You can add maximum 2 free businesses in one account.

Make sure you have granted Media Permission. Follow the below steps to resolve the error.
1. Go to Settings
2. Open the Apps & Notifications or Apps Brands.live >> App Permissions >> File and Media
3. Allow File and Media Permission
If the problem persists, please contact us.

Make sure your Play Store Cache is cleared. Follow the below steps.
1. Go to Settings
2. Open the Apps & notifications or Apps >> Google Play Store >> Storage >> Clear Cache

1. Make some room in your memory storage for the application.

It’s very easy. Follow the below steps.
1. Click on Account
2. Go to My Businesses >> Manage Business Member
3. Enter the name and number of the member you want to add.
4. Click on Add Member
5. Ask the Member you just requested to confirm the process from their Mobile.
6. Go to Account >> My Businesses on member’s device
7. Click on the ‘3 Persons’ button at the top-left corner.
8. Click on confirm

If you don’t have your own logo, you can create one in our app.
To Create Logo: Go to Custom Section >> Click on Logo Maker >> Choose your Business Category
You’ll have many options to choose from. Select one you like and edit as per your requirement.

If you have chosen the wrong business category, you can always change it related to your business.
Simply Go To: Account >> Change Business Category >> Select Your Business Category >> Then Confirm
You can now see posts related to your business.

Fill up your details
Click on “Publish” Button
Select Web Profile template
Click on "Publish"
Add your web profile domain (Must be unique)
"Publish" your web profile

Click on "Change Theme"
Select the template that suits your business
Publish.

Adding new members allows them to access your account on different devices and keep your marketing alive on your behalf.

To add a member,

Go to My Account >> My Businesses >> Add Member
Fill in the name and phone number of the person with whom you want to share your account. Ask the receiver to accept your request. They will be able to access your account.
